Great care is taken to ensure that at the time of despatch each item is of the expected high quality, free from damage and free from faulty silver findings, attachments and silver chains. Please check the item on arrival, if there is any damage or fault please phone or email me specifying the problem and then return the item to me. On receipt of the returned faulty item I will refund the full order cost and the additional return cost. For any other reason the item can be returned for a refund within seven days of receiving the order. The refund amount will not include postage costs.

Credit card details are not stored anywhere on servers nor in my premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.
I will process your order within 1 business day following payment in cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. An email will be sent notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow upto 3 days for delivery within New Zealand, or 10 days for international orders.
